We invite you to savor the vibrant flavors of summer, thoughtfully infused into every dish. Our menu showcases seasonal ingredients, featuring fresh herbs, berries, and honey sourced from our very own Millstone Farm. Enjoy locally raised poultry from Murray’s Farm, premium beef from Hudson Valley Cattle Company, and farm-fresh vegetables from Hepworth Farms in Milton, NY. We also highlight locally grown mushrooms from Flowering Ecology Center in Ellenville, NY.
