Baked on the half shell with creamy horseradish cocktail remoulade & imported Gruyere


Fresh pasta crepe filled with ricotta, fresh mozzarella, spinach & julienne vegetables,

baked with tomato & bechamel sauces


Peppercorn crusted & seared beef tenderloin, sliced paper thin, garnished with capers, chopped red onion, truffle oil, crispy fennel parmesan salad



Veal Chop Portobello

Center cut nature rack chop, pan roasted , rosemary demi-glace, mushroom cap,

whipped potatoes, sautéed spinach


Italian style seafood stew, sea bass, lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams & PEI mussels

in a light tomato broth, with saffron couscous

Risotto ai Funghi

Creamy white truffle & parmesan arborio rice, topped with wild & porcini mushroom trifolata,

red wine reduction glace

Roast L.I. Duckling

Half tender duckling oven roasted with fresh herbs & aromatics, sweet Bing cherry sauce, wild rice,

braised red cabbage, chestnut puree
