Enjoy the privacy of the entire inn for your wedding weekend, and relax with your friends, family and guests as our staff caters to your needs.Our new state-of-the-art spa is a perfect place for the bride and her bridal party to get pampered before the wedding. Enjoy a spa lunch by our pool, while you relax and unwind before the big day. The Accommodations The Inn offers 14 guest rooms, including the Grand Laurel wedding suite and three carriage house suites, and our new North Cottage, located on our grounds. We accommodate a total of 36 guests. For weekend events, the wedding party is required to rent the entire Inn for two nights. For weekday events, the wedding party is required to rent the entire Inn for one night. Room prices, pictures, and descriptions can be viewed on our website. The Ceremony & Reception Site Our wedding site can be used for both wedding ceremonies and receptions. We offer two site options depending on the size of your event. Our Patio Site accommodates up to 60 guests and includes use of the terraces and dining room. Our Riverfront Wedding Site accommodates up to 250 guests and is located in a riverside tent on the bluff overlooking the Hudson River. Event Duration and Restrictions The reception site is available for 6 to 7 hours, including the wedding ceremony and reception. The site can be used until 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends in accordance with local zoning restrictions. Catering The Inn provides catering services through its award-wining in-house caterer, Main Course Catering at an additional cost. Main Course Catering has been named Hudson Valley Magazine's Best Caterer in Hudson Valley for the past 14 years. Use of the Main Course Catering is preferred. An outside caterer for the food is allowed, however all rentals and alcohol will be provided by Main Course Catering. Rehearsal Dinner The Inn is available at an additional cost for a rehearsal dinner as part of the full weekend rental. Buttermilk Falls is now fully staffed with C.I.A. graduated chefs, and offers many different types of cuisines and themes for your rehearsal dinner.
