The Maynor Flat honors Dorothy Maynor, the famous African-American opera diva who owned the Inn’s main house along with her husband Shelby Rook from 1953 to 1964. In the Inn’s carriage house, the Maynor flat is separated by a deck from the Gindelle Suite. This private room offers a queen-size bed, claw foot tub and shower with sky light, and a lovely view of the meadow and pond.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets in any of our Carriage House units. We require a $100.00 Refundable Pet Deposit. There is a non-refundable $25 pet cleaning fee (per pet, per night).

Cancellation Policy
There is a one week cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the week prior to check-in will incur the full charge of the stay. Rooms in the inn have a two-night minimum for weekends.
