Valentine's Day often gets a bad wrap as being a "Hallmark© Holiday," but this year we want to change that. Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa believes that Valentine's Day should remind us of what is truly important in this world, the one's we love and the planet that sustains us. This year, Buttermilk Spa is donating 5% of Valentine's Day proceeds to Sustainable Hudson Valley (www.sustainhv.org), an organization dedicated to creating "more livable communities and creative economies that focus on environmental solutions." We want the community to focus on loving our planet, just as much as on the one's they love. Now you can do both, get a couples massage and promote planetary well being. With Valentine's Day just around the corner, love is in the air at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa. Men and women are organizing marriage proposals, complete with rose petals and candle lit cocktails by their private fireplaces. Couples massages and special organic chocolate treatments are being scheduled in our new eco-friendly, solar and geothermal spa. The warmth of the Sauna, Steam Room and Mineral Pool help to ease you out of the winter blues. With spring just around the corner and a Spa Grand Opening to celebrate, winter should be gone in no time. In the mean time though, it's time to escape, relax and indulge.
