Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa: A Hudson Valley Bed & Breakfast

Our gardens are brimming with gorgeous organic vegetables. We have been picking zucchini, beets, small red potatoes, baby onions, basil and the Heirloom tomatoes are just starting to make an appearance. Their flavors are amazing, and we are having fun in the kitchen including all of the veggies in our daily gourmet breakfasts and Wednesday night dinners.

If you haven't been to Buttermilk Falls lately, then you haven't met the latest additions to our family. We are now home to six young Angora Goats, and three llamas, one of which is due to give birth any day now!! We are all anxiously awaiting to see the new baby llama emerge from the barn. Please be sure to visit them the next time you stay with us. The goats are especially friendly, and love attention.
